The major reason of boom in the housing and construction Industry is commencement of mage development work with vast communications and infrastructure like Highways, Flyovers, Motor Ways, Dams, Mega Power Projects, Skyline High-rise Buildings, Gawadar Port, CPAK (Pak-China Coridor).
